I took an early
buyout several years ago from a large retail firm
(when it still was). I, along with the love of my
life, have had the opportunity to take several
extended trips to Russia and the Ukraine as a
volunteer consultant with our Government, advising
retail companies on good business and marketing
practices, in hopes that democracy would work for
them. I also spent three months in Madrid teaching
English, and I loved the neighborhood lifestyle.
I keep busy on a
regular basis by volunteering with the Red Cross
which has taken me to Mississippi, the
Carolina’s, Virginia, Pennsylvania and
Tennessee. To stay ahead of Harry in the fitness
category, I ride a road bike extensively…having
crossed Iowa, Georgia and of course many trips
here in Florida. I love travel and all of the
people you meet. It is a challenge to get a word
in edgewise with Harry - it is also a challenge
for us to make a quick stop as we both like to
talk.
